    Quality Control (QC)

    Job Purpose

    To ensure that raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products comply with defined quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements through accurate testing, analysis, and documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine and non-routine chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, and finished products as per approved specifications and standard test methods.
    • Conduct chemical analysis and instrumental analysis such as pH, moisture, titration, spectrophotometry, and other relevant QC tests.
    • Ensure timely sampling, testing, and reporting of results to support uninterrupted production.
    • Maintain proper documentation of test results, analysis records, and logbooks in compliance with internal SOPs and quality systems.
    • Ensure calibration, validation, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
    • Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines while handling chemicals and laboratory operations.
    • Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Stores departments for quality – related issues.

     

    Educational Qualification

    • B. Sc / M. Sc in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands – on experience in a QC laboratory within Chemical, Fertilizer, or Pesticide manufacturing industries.
    • Strong knowledge of QC processes, testing methodologies, and laboratory best practices.
    • Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, and quality documentation systems.
    • Good understanding of safety practices in chemical laboratories.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic laboratory software systems.
    • Strong analytical, problem – solving, and communication skills.

    Executive – Accounts

    Job Summary:
    We are hiring an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to manage reconciliations, stock valuation, expense booking, and vendor accounts. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in a manufacturing setup.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
    • Prepare and verify monthly stock valuation reports
    • Book import expenses, freight charges, and credit card bills in the accounting system
    • Conduct vendor reconciliations (periodically and yearly)
    • Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance
    • Support day-to-day accounting entries and financial reporting
    • Understanding of import and expense booking

     

    Required Skills:

    • Experience in bank & vendor reconciliation
    • Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock valuation
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / accounting software (SAP)
    • Good analytical and coordination skills
