Job Description

• Assist R&D team for all R&D related activities
• Analysis of all R&D samples as well as non-regular marketing/trading samples and other samples assigned by Manager R&D
• Execute & Perform all R&D related experiments and activities himself as well as prepare documentation work of R&D Lab
• Prepare non-regular marketing samples as and when required
• Cooperation to plant & others department as and when required
• Maintain files and records of R&D department
• Any other work given by Management from time to time

Manager- Business Development

Industry Preference

• We will be looking for candidates only from the core manufacturing/process industry, Preferably from chemical manufacturing, Starch, milk/dairy industry; agro inputs industry (such as animal feed)
• Candidates should have a significant portion of their work experience in North/West (Rajasthan/Gujarat/Maharashtra) India
• Candidates from Real Estate /Construction/ Trading /Service industry/auto components /Construction/ Power etc will not be considered.
• Candidate must be from an Indian company having a turnover of 200 cr to 500 cr
• Processed Minerals / Inorganic Chemicals

Desired Candidate Profile

• Self-Driven, adaptable to environmental changes, ready to work under pressure
• Good Knowledge of MS – Office & MS – Excel.

Detailed JD

• Responsible for generating new business with large Indian corporate & expansion of customer base.
• For leading company diversification in other markets, which have synergies with existing business.
• Must be able to generate and close new business opportunities by promoting current and emerging markets.
• Identify market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow market share in the specialty chemicals and minerals sectors.
• Makes presentations and other promotional material for BD purposes, sets in place the required project plans and follow-up on its execution.
• Provides timely customer support and defines and interfaces with internal resources, when necessary.
• Works with marketing, sales and product development to develop strategies that ensure a multi-products solution for diversifying company’s current portfolio of products.

Safety Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Enivornmental Engineering or related field 

Knowledge of local, state, and safety regulations and standards, with specific expertise in chemical manufacturing companies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct effective safety training and presentations.
• Familiarity with chemical materials management and emergency response procedures in chemical manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards in a high-risk environment.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Provide safety training and education to employees, including new hire orientation, safety drills, and ongoing safety programs.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training activities.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement of safety programs.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and chemicals used in the plant.
• Implement emergency response plans and conduct emergency drills regularly.
