    Manager- Business Development

    10 years+
    New Delhi (Okhla)

    Industry Preference

    • We will be looking for candidates only from the core manufacturing/process industry, Preferably from chemical manufacturing, Starch, milk/dairy industry; agro inputs industry (such as animal feed)
    • Candidates should have a significant portion of their work experience in North/West (Rajasthan/Gujarat/Maharashtra) India
    • Candidates from Real Estate /Construction/ Trading /Service industry/auto components /Construction/ Power etc will not be considered.
    • Candidate must be from an Indian company having a turnover of 200 cr to 500 cr
    • Processed Minerals / Inorganic Chemicals

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Self-Driven, adaptable to environmental changes, ready to work under pressure
    • Good Knowledge of MS – Office & MS – Excel.

    Candidate Background

    • Stable candidate, not be frequent job changer or job hoper.
    • Strong marketing abilities, having a dynamic personality.
    • Candidate must have exposure to various chemical products.
    • Must be physically fit with no major ailment

    Detailed JD

    • Responsible for generating new business with large Indian corporate & expansion of customer base.
    • For leading company diversification in other markets, which have synergies with existing business.
    • Must be able to generate and close new business opportunities by promoting current and emerging markets.
    • Identify market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow market share in the specialty chemicals and minerals sectors.
    • Makes presentations and other promotional material for BD purposes, sets in place the required project plans and follow-up on its execution.
    • Provides timely customer support and defines and interfaces with internal resources, when necessary.
    • Works with marketing, sales and product development to develop strategies that ensure a multi-products solution for diversifying company’s current portfolio of products.

    Manager - Accounts & Finance

    Qualified CA with 4 – 6 Years of experience preferably from the Manufacturing Sector.
    Okhla, Delhi NCR

    Industry Preference:

    • We will be looking for candidates only from the core manufacturing Industry, preferably from Chemical/ Mineral manufacturing, having Export and Import Business.
    • Candidate must have only worked in North India and reside in Delhi NCR.
    • Candidate from Real Estate /Construction/ Trading/ Automobile/ Capital Items or Service industry are not entertained.
    • Candidate must be from an Indian company having a turnover of 400 to 1000 crore.
    • Candidate must have handled a team of 3 – 5 people.

    Other Specification:

    • Stable candidate, not be frequent job changer or Job hopper.
    • Must be in a Team handling role.

    Job Description

    • Handling the preparation of the Balance sheet as per IND – AS. Profit & Loss Accounts, Transfer Pricing Audit, RBI Compliance, etc.
    • Prepare & present MIS (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual)
    • Good knowledge of CMA data.
    • Knowledge of handling statutory compliances like GST, Income tax, TDS, etc.
    • Preferable knowledge of Export & Import accounting, banking transaction & Documents
    • Handling the Internal Audit and Statutory Audit team and capable of taking Action on the Internal and Statutory Auditors’ reports

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Self-Driven, adaptable to environmental changes, ready to work under pressure
    • Good Knowledge of MS – Office & MS – Excel.
    • Good Knowledge of a Standard ERP System or SAP

    Salary Budget: 16 – 20 LPA (No constraint for the right candidate)
