Regular Site and Regional Audits: Audits are conducted at both site and regional levels to verify the effective implementation of regulations.

Cross-Unit Audits: The Corporate office conducts cross-unit audits to ensure adherence to the company’s regulations across all units.

Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS): All production facilities, covering 100%, adhere to these systems, validated as conforming to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Building on insights from internal and external monitoring processes, site inspections, reviews, and incident analyses, discussions are conducted to identify areas for improvement. The implementation of agreed-upon measures is monitored rigorously to foster continuous enhancement in our operational practices.
